Solei Return & Exchange Policy

At Solei, each piece is handcrafted and made to order with care. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed. We do however offer buy backs if your ring is kept in good condition! 

Exchanges & Issues

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with clear photos and your order number. We will review your case and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Sizing Errors

Since all pieces are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. We encourage customers to confirm their ring size either with us in house, by purchasing a sizer online, or at a local jeweler before placing an order. If you need help, we’re happy to guide you through measuring or finding your size.

Order Changes

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, any changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Changes are not guaranteed.

Quality Assurance

All parcels delivered to Solei undergo a full inspection before going to you. This ensures every piece meets our standards of craftsmanship and durability.

All of our pieces are made to order.
Local pickup orders arrive to our studio in roughly 3 weeks.

If you prefer delivery, please note that all parcels are shipped to our location first for quality inspection before heading to your doorstep. Because of this, home delivery takes approximately 4–4.5 weeks from the time your order is placed.
