Solei Return & Exchange Policy

At Solei, each piece is handcrafted and made to order with care. All sales are final, and we do not accept standard returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, we do offer buybacks if your ring is kept in good condition!

Exchanges & Issues

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with clear photos and your order number. We will review your case and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Sizing Errors

As all pieces are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. We encourage customers to confirm their ring size in-house, with a purchased sizer, or at a local jeweler before placing an order. Need help? We’re happy to guide you through measuring or finding your size.

Order Changes

Production begins shortly after your order is placed. Any changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase and cannot be guaranteed.

Quality Assurance

All parcels delivered to Solei undergo a thorough inspection before being sent to you. This ensures every piece meets our high standards of craftsmanship and durability.

All of our pieces are made to order.
Local pickup orders arrive to our studio in roughly 3 weeks.

If you prefer delivery, please note that all parcels are shipped to our location first for quality inspection before heading to your doorstep. Because of this, home delivery takes approximately 4–4.5 weeks from the time your order is placed.
